Tart, sweet berry. Has the highest citrus content of any fruit, higher than any citrus. They are very popular in Europe but are only starting to gain in popularity in the US.

Can be eaten fresh (ex. with yogurt or in a salad) or made into great tasting jam or sauces. Especially good in baked goods like muffins, scones or in pancakes.
